In this context the current article presents the ways the companies changes their recruitments methods, because only being agile, flexible, adaptable and innovative in any crisis they can give birth to innovation! In terms of employment, the forecast for 2020-2021 was certainly uncertain. Adapting to change made all the difference and digitalization was the key to change.
