The drug was administered intramuscularly at a dose of 4–5 ml per 100 kg of body weight. Animals were observed during the season; in case of any change in general condition, thermometry was performed, and blood smears were examined.Results and discussion. 5% aqueous solution of DAC in combination with a solution of glycerol provides prophylaxis of pyroplasmidoses in cattle. The chemoprophylactic effect of 5 % aqueous glycerol solution of DAC is kept in the animal body for 25 days. 摘要
