From the test results, the corrosion property was improved by adding Ge. 摘要

本研究比较了Mg-1.5Ge-1Zn (GZ21)合金和Mg-9Al-1Zn (AZ91)合金的腐蚀性能。采用永模铸造方法制备了所研究的合金。在pH7.2的3.5% NaCl溶液中进行恒电位试验、析氢试验、浸没试验和交流阻抗试验,测定其腐蚀性能。GZ21合金组织由α-Mg和Mg2Ge相组成,AZ91合金组织由α-Mg和Mg17Al12相组成。试验结果表明,添加Ge后,合金的耐腐蚀性能得到了改善。腐蚀机理由电偶腐蚀(AZ91)向丝状腐蚀(GZ21)转变。
