摘要

目的:评价含有芙蓉花和姜黄根茎提取物的中药软膏的创面愈合活性。方法:采用95%乙醇提取月桂花和龙骨根。以石蜡、羊毛脂和凡士林为原料制备了芙蓉和芙蓉软膏。将软膏制剂涂抹于大鼠切除创面上,每日1次,连续20天。结果:第20天,治疗组创面收缩率为93.52±1.38%,明显高于对照组(87.62±1.48%)。结论:中药软膏在大鼠切除创面模型中具有明显的创面愈合作用。
