The method of connecting the short-circuit resistance between the two phases of the motor is used to simulate the nonmetallic short-circuit fault of the stator coil. 摘要

本文分析了电网电压基极负序分量对变频电源输出电压的影响,指出电网电压基极负序分量不会在感应电动机定子电流中产生基极负序电流分量,因此在定子绕组故障诊断时,电网负序电压的影响不需要补偿。基于定子电流中的基极负序电流分量在逆变器直流侧电流中转换为逆变器输出频率分量的两倍的特点,提出了一种基于逆变器直流侧电流的定子故障诊断方法。采用连接电机两相短路电阻的方法模拟定子线圈的非金属短路故障。实验结果表明,该方法不需要对负序电压进行补偿,只需要采集一次电流信号,且算法相对简单,是一种简单有效的方法。
