The aim of the present study was to determine the interaction of two commercial lavender ( Lavandula angustifolia Miller) essential oils in combination with ketoconazole against clinical and standard strains of the human pathogens Candida albicans ATCC 10231, C. krusei NRRL Y-7179 and C. glabrata ATCC 66032. The chemical compositions of the investigated essential oils were confirmed both by gas chromatography/flame ionization detector (GC/FID) and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) methods. Anticandidal activities of the essential oils were screened in vitro by the microdilution method. The resulting interaction of combining lavender essential oils and ketoconazole was tested using the checkerboard method. The results showed that the interaction between essential oils and ketoconazole revealed additive and indifferent effects against the tested strains. 摘要

应用精油和标准抗真菌药物联合研究可以减少合成药物的不良反应,并作为治疗包括念珠菌病在内的各种病理的替代方法。本研究的目的是确定两种商品薰衣草精油与酮康唑联合使用对临床和标准菌株白色念珠菌ATCC 10231、克鲁西念珠菌NRRL Y-7179和光斑念珠菌ATCC 66032的相互作用。采用气相色谱/火焰离子化检测器(GC/FID)和气相色谱/质谱法(GC/MS)确定了所研究精油的化学成分。采用微量稀释法对这些精油进行体外抗药活性筛选。采用棋盘法对薰衣草精油与酮康唑复配后的相互作用进行了测试。结果表明,精油与酮康唑的相互作用表现为加性作用,但作用不显著。综上所述,薰衣草精油与酮康唑联合应用对致病性念珠菌的防治效果令人鼓舞。
