This paper took technological enterprises as the research object and comprehensively constructed an evaluation index system for the innovation level of technological enterprises. The weight of evaluation index was determined by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and the innovation level of enterprise was evaluated based on the multi-attribute decision- making method of Vague sets.
