摘要

创新是企业进步的关键,创新水平的高低直接反映了科技型企业的核心实力。本文以科技型企业为研究对象,全面构建了科技型企业创新水平评价指标体系。采用层次分析法确定评价指标的权重,基于模糊集多属性决策方法对企业创新水平进行评价。该方法有助于对企业间创新水平进行横向比较分析,找出提高企业创新水平的途径。
