The idea of this research was developed to identify the active ingredients which include in the  plant aqueous extract of Stevia rebaudiana. Chemical examination showed the glycosides and phenolic compounds presence of in the Stevia rebaudiana plant. 摘要

由于糖尿病、超重失调和肥胖的高发率,特别是在减少人类每日糖摄入量的同时,工业部门对寻找糖的替代品的需求和兴趣有所增加。本研究的目的是鉴定甜菊叶植物水提物中的有效成分。化学鉴定表明甜菊属植物中含有甙类和酚类化合物。采用两种方法对甜菊叶产品水提物的体外抗炎作用进行了测定,结果表明甜菊叶产品水提物对加热刺激下的蛋白质变性和溶血的抑制作用优于典型药物(阿司匹林)和阴性对照组。
