Self-action effects in KDP single crystals with incorporated aluminum oxyhydroxide nanoparticles
Optical and nonlinear optical properties of grown KDP single crystals with incorporated aluminum oxyhydroxide nanoparticles were studied. The presence of embedded nanoparticles leads to the change of nonlinear optical response of the composite material relatively to KDP one.
