CMR, as an innovating imaging technique, can (1) provide reliable information about the pattern of myocardial perfusion‐fibrosis in both ischemic and non‐ischemic heart disease and (2) guide the traditional interventional procedures. iCMR, by using excellent tissue imaging, can create a surrogate for direct visualization and offer multiplanar views and real‐time functional imaging without ionizing radiation.
