System dynamics modelling to study the impact of digital technologies on regional development
The use of Smart Technologies in Regional Innovation Systems (RIS) for Regional Development is the main topic of this study. A dynamic model has been created that depicts the contribution of smart technologies to the actors of a Regional Innovation System.
