以实现西藏饮用水源地可持续发展为目标,通过理论分析、调查和模型计算等方法,探讨了西藏饮用水源地生态补偿的主体与客体、补偿标准、补偿模式和补偿资金来源等关键要素。建立了符合西藏城市饮用水源地实际情况的相应生态补偿机制。该研究尤其关注如何推进饮用水水源地的市场化和补偿渠道的多元化,为西藏饮用水源地的建设和管理提供了新的视角和科学参考。
