Bionator appliance was effective in generating differential growth between the jaws. Cephalometric skeletal measurements ANB, WITS, LAFH, Co-A and dental L6-Mp, U1.Pp, IsIi, OB, OJ showed statistically significantly different from the control. 摘要

目的探讨生物调节器矫治器对青春期前生长患者ⅱ类1科错牙合早期治疗后骨骼和牙槽骨的改变量。40例II级患者(男19例,女21例)分为两组。治疗组20例(男10例,女10例),连续给予bionator治疗。治疗开始时(T0)的平均年龄为9.1岁,治疗结束时(T1)的平均年龄为10.6岁。平均治疗时间17.7个月。将治疗组治疗前后的头颅测量记录与对照组20例(男09例,女11例)进行比较。使用学生t检验和卡方检验进行组间比较,Yates校正显著性水平为5%。Bionator矫治器在颌骨之间产生差异生长是有效的。头颅骨骼测量ANB, WITS, LAFH, Co-A和牙科L6-Mp, U1。Pp、IsIi、OB、OJ与对照组差异有统计学意义。在潜梦前期,bionator诱导的牙槽骨变化大于骨骼变化。
