The purposes of this study is to determine the independent variables that have a dominant influence on the performance of Civil Servants at Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Badung. The sampling technique used is the cencus technique. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with application (SPSS) version 16.0.the regression equation of this study is Y = 4.107 + 0.568X1 + 1.125X2. The magnitude of the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Badung can be seen from the R square value of 0.453. this means that 45,3% of employee performance variables can be explained by work motivation and work environment variables, while the remaining 54,7% is explained by other variables outside this study, 4). The variables that has the most dominant influence is work motivation variables. 摘要
除了工作动机,工作环境也必须要考虑,一个良好的、有益的工作环境会创造一个舒适的工作氛围。本研究的目的是确定对Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan and Olah Raga Kabupaten Badung公务员绩效有主导影响的自变量。所使用的抽样技术是普查技术。使用的数据分析工具是多元线性回归分析与应用程序(SPSS) 16.0版本。本研究的回归方程为Y = 4.107 + 0.568X1 + 1.125X2。Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Badung的工作动机和工作环境对员工绩效的影响程度可以从R平方值0.453看出。这意味着45,3%的员工绩效变量可以通过工作动机和工作环境变量来解释,而剩下的54,7%可以通过本研究之外的其他变量来解释,4)。其中影响最大的变量是工作动机变量。从工作动机β系数的值来看,其值为0.405,大于工作环境β系数的值0.404。
