Based on the current situation in China, the functional requirements are obtained through the preliminary investigation and analysis and the black box model. The main functions of the intelligent nursing mechanical dual-arm robot are analyzed using the FAST method, the conflict area is determined. And combining the TRIZ method, we seek for effective methods to solve the invention problem to improve the quality and efficiency of product innovation and design. Rhino 3D software was also used for our product innovation design practice. Innovative design of redundant mechanical dual-arm robots for elderly intelligent desktop nursing was carried out, which can provide ideas and references for related product design.
