摘要

SAR图像质量取决于射频前端部件的特性,包括锁相环稳定性参数。用相位噪声特性估计锁相环的稳定性最方便。本研究对射频前端锁相环系统进行了仿真。相位噪声的影响表现为信号样本的随机频率加。根据研究结果,得到了射频前端锁相环相位噪声水平对SAR图像质量的依赖表达式。仿真结果及所得表达式与SAR样机实验结果吻合较好。研究结果可以减少SAR射频前端设计、调整和诊断的工作量。
