The PAOI was positively correlated with IL-6 post-treatment (r=0.498, P=0.000). 摘要

目的探讨肺栓塞(PE)患者短期治疗前后白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值、血小板与淋巴细胞比值及血清IL-6水平与肺动脉阻塞指数(PAOI)的关系。方法对2015年6月至2017年2月3家医院经计算机断层肺血管造影首次诊断的PE患者进行前瞻性研究。于治疗前和治疗后第14天检测患者白细胞、中性粒细胞、血小板、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、血小板与淋巴细胞比值及血清IL-6水平。在治疗前和治疗后第14天分析这些生物标志物与PAOI的关系。结果从3家医院共纳入47例PE患者。PAOI与预处理前WBC、中性粒细胞、NLR、IL-6呈正相关(均P<0.05)。治疗后PAOI与IL-6呈正相关(r=0.498, P=0.000)。治疗前后PAOI变化率与NLR预处理呈负相关(r=-0.352, P=0.015),与淋巴细胞预处理呈正相关(r=0.335, P=0.021)。结论WBC、中性粒细胞、NLR、IL-6水平与PAOI有相关性,其中IL-6与PAOI相关性更密切,能更好地预测肺动脉阻塞程度。NLR越低,淋巴细胞越高,栓子溶解效果越显著,对预测肺栓子溶解程度均有一定的临床意义。关键词:肺栓塞;肺动脉阻塞指数;白细胞;中性粒细胞对淋巴细胞的放射;Lnterleukin-6
