The results of the study showed 2% samples considered positive brucellosis tested by RBT. To confidence false-positive result, RBT test was followed by CFT. 摘要

布鲁氏菌病是由布鲁氏菌属引起的一种传染病。奶牛布鲁氏菌病是由流产布鲁氏菌阻塞流产引起的。本研究采用玫瑰孟加拉试验(RBT)和补体固定试验(CFT)测定了普斯波地区成年母奶牛中流产布鲁氏菌抗体的存在。本研究采用描述性分析与定量分析相结合的方法。同时进行访谈,从农户那里获得支持性信息。使用了100个样本。研究结果显示,RBT检测的2%样本被认为是布鲁氏菌病阳性。为确定假阳性结果,在RBT检验后进行CFT检验。经CFT检测,本研究在普苏鲁省普斯波区成年母奶牛中未发现布鲁氏菌抗体。
