The region of interest was segmented in automatic and semiautomatic ways, which is respectively associated with the Support Vector Machine classifier and Mahalanobis classifier. To evaluate the performance of the proposed classifiers, a confusion matrix was applied to each result obtained. 摘要

红外热像仪是一种有潜力提高乳腺癌早期检测效率的方法。该技术不使用电离辐射,可用于男性筛查和检测年轻女性的变化。本研究利用98张红外影像建立数据库,开发计算机辅助诊断系统。通常,这类系统与图形界面相关联,以方便用户的工作。本研究采用基于统计分类器的计算机辅助诊断方法,对恶性肿瘤、良性肿瘤、囊肿和健康四类进行分析。利用支持向量机分类器和Mahalanobis分类器分别对感兴趣区域进行自动和半自动分割。为了评估所提出的分类器的性能,对得到的每个结果应用混淆矩阵。使用提出的GUI-CAD工具,可以对患者进行个体和无监督分类,灵敏度为93%。
