An appreciation of the uniqueness of students in problem solving of necessity, moves leadership training from a static to a fluid event and involves all constituent groups, namely, students, faculty, business leaders and community members. This paper examines the changes in leadership training from the 20th century to the pedagogical dilemma of leadership training in the 21st century.
