摘要

过去的研究利用外生研发模型研究考虑固定费用和特许权使用费的技术许可,专利权人具有降低成本的创新。本文讨论了固定费用许可下专利权人的研发投资许可与外部专利权人的专利使用费许可。研究结果表明:(1)固定费用许可的研发投入始终不低于特许权使用费许可;(2)对于专利权人本人和整个社会而言,固定费用许可仍然是最佳策略。
