Conclusion: It can be inferred from this study that although terpenoid-rich extract inhibited alpha glucosidase, further purification will be necessary on the extract so as to increase its potency as an inhibitor of alpha glucosidase. 摘要

目的:研究富萜类物质苦瓜提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的抑制作用。方法:采用体外实验法研究苦瓜富萜类提取物对酿酒酵母α -葡萄糖苷酶活性的抑制作用,并确定其抑制方式。结果:富萜类化合物提取物具有较高的ic50 (1.60 mg/ml)。Lineweaver-Burk图显示,该提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶具有部分混合型抑制作用。结论:从本研究可以推断,虽然富含萜类化合物的提取物对α -葡萄糖苷酶有抑制作用,但为了提高其抑制α -葡萄糖苷酶的作用,还需要对提取物进行进一步纯化。该提取物对α -葡萄糖苷酶的作用为探讨苦瓜降血糖的可能机制提供了线索。
