摘要

为了解决不同类型的废弃巷道对厚煤层工作面正常开采的影响ꎬ现场调查ꎬ采用理论分析等方法,总结了废弃巷道的赋存特征及危害,将其分为沿底完整型ꎬ沿顶完整型ꎬ和陷落型ꎬ,并提出了不同的处理方法。同时ꎬ为满足各种施工方案的需要ꎬ研制了硫铝酸盐基多功能注浆材料ꎬ,提出了厚煤层综采工作面过空巷道综合治理技术。最后ꎬ以泗河煤矿ꎬ城庄煤矿和国庄煤矿为工程背景ꎬ分别采用充填柱支护ꎬ高水充填法和深孔注浆法对废弃巷道进行治理ꎬ并对其治理效果进行了研究。结果表明:对空巷进行具体处理ꎬ后,不会发生塌落和顶板事故ꎬ,顶板压力恢复正常ꎬ,保证了工作面的安全开采。
