摘要

利用TDI CCD成像的数值模拟模型,研究了TDI CCD测量系统中扫描镜的速度稳定性与角度测量精度之间的关系。首先,基于TDI CCD推扫成像的物理过程,建立了从光学图像、扫描镜稳定性到数字图像的整个过程的数值模拟模型,计算了图像重心,得到了目标角坐标;采用蒙特卡罗方法完成了仿真实验,统计结果可以描述扫描镜的稳定性与测量精度之间的关系。最后将某工程扫描镜的速度稳定性代入仿真模块,仿真结果表明误差增加了5倍。67 μrad,达到1 /4像素角分辨率。因此在高精度测量中,需要综合考虑像元角分辨率和速度稳定性的影响。为满足像素角分辨率的要求,选择了合适的扫描镜速度稳定性。
