Samples were taken as many as 63 employees. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 22 statement items. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results of the analysis show that Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, Perceived Organizational Support. This study also succeeded in proving that Perceived Organizational Support has an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior mediated by Work Engagement at the Palembang City Tourism Office. 摘要

本研究以巨港市旅游局为研究对象,以工作投入为中介变量,探讨组织支持感对组织公民行为的影响。多达63名员工被采集了样本。数据是通过使用5点李克特量表分发问卷来收集的,以测量22个陈述项目。使用的分析技术是路径分析。分析结果表明,组织支持感对组织公民行为、组织支持感有显著的正向影响。本研究在巨港市旅游局成功证明组织支持感对工作投入介导的组织公民行为有影响。根据研究分析的结果,在确定未来的政策时,可以考虑以下几点建议,即办公室应该更加关注员工感受到的任何投诉,这样会产生一种意义感和愉悦感,让员工觉得服务是必要的。
