Bovine S protein had no effect on phagocytic killing of non-S protein binding S. pyogenes cultures. Enzymatic digestion of the bovine S protein binding sites on S. dysgalactiae with pronase resulted in a significative reduction of the effects of S protein on phagocytosis. 摘要

本文研究了牛S蛋白(玻璃体粘连蛋白)对乳腺炎牛体内泌乳不良链球菌吞噬作用的影响。采用玻璃贴壁多形核中性粒细胞(PMN)荧光微法测定被吞噬链球菌。与牛S蛋白共孵育后,PMN显著提高了S蛋白的吞噬能力。牛S蛋白对非S蛋白结合的化脓性链球菌的吞噬杀伤无影响。用pronase酶切牛S蛋白在S. dysgalactiae上的结合位点导致S蛋白对吞噬作用的显著降低。由此可以得出结论,牛S蛋白除了作为细胞粘附启动子和补体抑制剂的作用外,还可能影响炎症过程中S. dysgalactiae的吞噬。
