Distributed throughout 12 chromosomes of rice, in the current research 166 SSR markers were employed, out of which 58 are found to be polymorphic between VGD 1 and ADT 55 with 35% parental polymorphism percentage and the polymorphic information content (PIC) is about 0.6. 摘要

利用标记辅助回交育种计划,将抗白叶枯病基因引入优良细粒水稻品种VGD 1中。以3个抗白叶枯病基因(xa5、Xa13、Xa21)为供体亲本。利用微卫星标记对VGD1和ADT 55亲本进行多态性分析,以确定其多态性标记。本研究共利用166个SSR标记,分布在水稻12条染色体上,其中58个标记在VGD 1和ADT 55之间存在多态性,亲本多态性率为35%,多态性信息含量(PIC)约为0.6。本调查获得的多态微卫星标记可用于回交后代的背景选择,以检索回交最高的亲本基因组。
