Bacteria identification on this Biomembrane effluent was conducted because it was indicated that those bacteria have potencies to degrade wastes in river water. In addition, we also calculated the bacterial growth rate. The isolated bacteria belonged to Gram positive bacteria in which two bacteria were categorized as the member of Bacillus genus, while another bacterium was categorized as the member of the Corynebacterium genus. 摘要

生物处理是利用微生物将出水中的复杂化合物处理成较简单的物质,从而降解有机物的有效处理方法之一。因此,微生物在生物过程中具有重要的作用。所使用的细菌可以是废物环境中的非本地细菌,也可以是本地细菌。因此,本研究的目的是根据《医学细菌学鉴定手册》(Cowan, 1974年)进行一系列生物化学试验,采用分析方法鉴定生物膜出水(齐克赞邦河废水处理反应器)中的细菌种类。对该生物膜出水进行了细菌鉴定,因为这些细菌对河水中的废物有降解能力。此外,我们还计算了细菌的生长速率。分离的细菌属革兰氏阳性菌,其中2株属于芽孢杆菌属,1株属于棒状杆菌属。在本研究中,成功鉴定出了几种分离菌,分别为巨芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和纹状棒状杆菌,它们的生长速率分别为139.28 mg/l/h、130.35 mg/l/h和112.13 mg/l/h。
