摘要

本文介绍了数字全息干涉测量法在微膨胀过程研究中的应用。使用CCD相机的光学设置允许在不同的研究对象上获得干涉图,而由5.5 W 405 nm激光诱导局部热负载。本研究在两个不同导热系数的样品上进行,以校准这一过程。这项工作的主要目的是了解基于led的照明设备由于开关过程中的转变而产生的热机械响应。结果表明,由于器件各部件的膨胀过程不同,这类灯在机械应力下起作用。
