The bacterial biofilm formation was significantly suppressed by the EO at 1/2 and 3/4×MIC. The EO also exerts inhibitory activity against H. pylori-urease and convert a spiral form of H. pylori into a coccoid form. 摘要

摘要越南今土省山苍子精油的主要化学成分为天竺葵(32.0%)、将军(24.3%)、香茅醛(14.2%)和柠檬烯(10.1%)。我们鉴定了24个化合物,并与印度、中国和马来西亚报道的24个化合物进行了比较。最低抑菌和杀菌浓度(MIC和MBC)表明,EO对7株幽门螺杆菌具有较高的生长抑制和中等的杀菌活性,其中6株菌株对阿奇霉素、红霉素、左氧氟沙星和甲硝唑等1 ~ 4种抗生素耐药。EO在1/2和3/4×MIC显著抑制了细菌生物膜的形成。EO对幽门螺杆菌脲酶也有抑制作用,可将螺旋形幽门螺杆菌转化为球型幽门螺杆菌。水果EO通过接触和熏蒸作用抑制细菌生长。
