In traditional, ROS generation as (OH, O2-, ROO, RO) have critical role in oxidative stress, then combined RNS generation as (ONOO, RSNO) can make the oxidative stress in whole meaning at ROS/ RNS induction to interrupt damage DNA construct, cell, lipids, proteins and other macromolecules.
