摘要

对从不同天然来源分离的芽孢杆菌属产孢菌株进行了筛选。筛选出最具活性的拮抗菌。研究了所选孢子养殖芽孢杆菌的益生菌特性:抗菌谱、对大型生物的安全性、经胃肠道的存活(耐胆汁和耐酸)、对肠道菌群缺乏抑制作用、对广泛应用的抗菌药物的天然非质粒耐药性。展望了利用最具活性的培养物作为家畜、家禽和鱼类的益生菌和饲料添加剂的关键成分的前景。
