The variables of the study are risk, cost, compatibility, usefulness, ease of use, behavioral intention to use, actual usage, etc. for exploring digital wallet usage intentions in Indian consumers. The sample considered was North Indian customers to understand their plan to use a mobile wallet. A standardized scale was used for the present study. The data was collected using a questionnaire with variables of external factors, perception, preference, and usage. 摘要
