Case(s) We describe a case of prenatal diagnosed right ventricle aneurysm which ended with favorable outcome. Fetal echocardiography demonstrated a 20x20 mm aneurysmal image outpouching from the basal region and free wall of the right ventricle in a 35- year-old multigravida woman at her 37th gestation week. This case had intermittent bradycardia in the postpartum first days. In pediatric cardiology examinations at the 1st, 3rd , 6th month and 1st year postnatally, it was observed that aneurysmatic formation partially regressed compared to the prenatal period. 摘要

目的先天性心室动脉瘤位于右心室是一种非常罕见的畸形。我们描述了一个产前诊断为右心室动脉瘤的病例,结果良好。胎儿超声心动图显示,35岁妊娠第37周的多胎妇女右心室基底区和游离壁有一个20x20毫米的动脉瘤。本病例在产后第一天出现间歇性心动过缓。在出生后第1、3、6个月和1年的儿科心脏病检查中,观察到动脉瘤的形成与产前相比部分消退。结论通过宫内和产后多学科的合作,对这些异常进行产前诊断,可获得良好的预后。
