摘要

本研究观察了吡虫啉降解对番茄中抗坏血酸、吡哆醇、烟酸、硫胺素等水溶性维生素还原的影响。采用分光光度计和高效液相色谱法进行分析。臭氧水15分钟降解法比臭氧分解法效果更好,因为水溶性维生素的下降幅度更小。臭氧水法中各水溶性维生素的减少百分比为:抗坏血酸减少17,103%,吡哆醇减少6,723%,烟酸减少2,781%,硫胺素减少0,333%。臭氧水法的降解率也很高,达到9056%。
