This paper sorts out and summarize the relevant norms and actual cases of care-type elderly facilities in Japan, Germany and the United States, where the elderly system is well developed, and focuses on the spatial design of the elderly rooms in the three countries, exploring the common de-sign points of the elderly rooms in terms of usable area and room size, and summarizing the spatial strategies and methods of care-type elderly facilities. 摘要

随着中国人口老龄化程度的加深,老年人辅助护理设施的数量不断增加。然而,养老设施的空间模式以及中介和养老单位的设置要求并不完善,导致大多数养老设施缺乏中介和养老单位的设计指导,配套设施空间比例不合理等一系列问题。本文对养老制度发达的日本、德国和美国的养老设施相关规范和实际案例进行梳理和总结,并以三国养老房的空间设计为重点,探索养老房在使用面积和房间大小方面的共性设计要点,总结出养老房的空间策略和方法。通过总结和学习国外的经验,可以进一步提高养老设施建设的标准化水平,为中国养老设施的设计和完善提供借鉴。
