Assessment of vitamins D and E acute supplementation on testosterone levels in male rats
Background and objective: In recent years, vitamin D has been considered an interesting subject of study due to its pleiotropic role including autocrine, paracrine and endocrine function in several target organs and systems. The essential molecule for reproduction in animals and it have an antioxidant properties in all mammalian cells is known vitamin E.
