摘要本研究比较了传统提取方法(溶剂提取)和新型提取方法(超声辅助)对银椴花和苞片中酚类化合物的提取效果。对乙醇(70%)提取物的抗氧化活性进行了分析。采用Folin-Ciocalteu法测定总酚含量,采用DPPH自由基清除和铁还原抗氧化能力(FRAP)测定抗氧化能力。为了确定超声处理对提取的影响,两种方法均采用相同的提取参数。结果表明,超声辅助提取得到的提取物具有较高的总酚含量和抗氧化活性。
