摘要

采用pH-metric技术研究了有机配体N-[(E)-(2-硝基苯基)甲基]异烟肼与Mn (II)、Co (II)、Ni (II)、Cu (II)和Zn (II)金属离子在70%(v/v)乙醇-水介质中、1M (NaClO4)离子强度、27±1C度的质子-配体缔合常数。采用等摩尔抗分枝杆菌剂与芳香醛的缩合反应合成了有机配体。用薄层色谱法确定了反应过程和有机配体的纯度。通过MP、IR、H NMR、C NMR和元素分析证实了有机配体的形成。测定了这些二元配合物的稳定性常数,稳定性常数的顺序为Zn (II) >Ni (II) > Cu (II) > Mn (II) > Co (II)。
