In addition, compared to the current national standard method YC/T 468-2013, the buffer solution preparation was optimized to improve the detection efficiency. 摘要

本文采用KSCN与二氯异氰尿酸钠在缓冲体系中发生化学反应的方法定量测定烟草中总生物碱的含量。该方法取代了CORESTA第35号推荐方法(CRM 35),其优点是与使用KCN(一种剧毒化学品)的CRM35相比,该方法更安全。此外,对比现行国标方法YC/T 468-2013,对缓冲液制备进行了优化,提高了检测效率。验证结果表明,新方法满足试验要求,且与CORESTA CRM 35和YC/T 468-2013方法的结果一致。
