The catering industry is a service industry that sells foods and other things to its guest therefore employees' performance plays a very important role. The hospitality industry in India is running short of good employees and facing a serious threat from other sectors also. The reasons behind this are some of the motivational factors like good remuneration, a work-life balance, better working environment and faster professional growth are providing by other service sectors. Correlation and regression analysis are used for this analysis.
