摘要

以香兰素合成的苯并咪唑和偶氮苯并咪唑为基础,设计合成了两种新的氟离子比色检测受体S2和S6。S2中硝基的存在和S6中偶氮的存在使得 - OH质子(结合位点)呈酸性,因此在加入碱性阴离子(如氟离子)时可以脱质子。羟基(- OH)官能团通过与受体R2和R6的颜色变化有关的氢键机制来检测碱性氟化物离子,其表示 - OH基团与氟离子形成初始氢键。
