采用高效液相色谱法对龙珠茶(Camellia sinensis var. macrophilla)中(−)-表没食子儿茶素-3没食子酸酯(EGCG)和(−)-表儿茶素(EC)含量进行了测定。干重分别为11.50±0.20%和15.51±0.40%。
