Here, in the development of this approach, the two dependencies are investigated by confocal laser spectroscopy. First, spectral characteristics of SiV-centers in diamond microparticles of various synthesis on the ambient temperature are studied. Second, the heating temperatures of diamond particles on the optical power are analyzed.
