摘要急性心肌梗死后乳头状肌破裂是一种罕见但可能致命的并发症。它可导致急性严重二尖瓣反流、肺水肿、心源性休克和死亡。立即进行二尖瓣修复/置换术并合并冠状动脉血运重建术可以降低死亡率。我们在此报告这样一个病例谁提出心源性休克,并取得了成功的结果后紧急手术。

Papillary Muscle Rupture following Acute Myocardial Infarction
Abstract Rupture of a papillary muscle after acute myocardial infarction is a rare but potentially fatal complication. It can lead to acute, severe mitral regurgitation, pulmonary edema, cardiogenic shock, and death.
