The textile ferroelectret is made of PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane)-ZnO (Zinc oxide) nanoparticle mixture that spin cast on both side of a textile. The PDMS-ZnO textile ferroelectret achieved 55% piezoelectric coefficient d33 remaining, compared with 35% of pure PDMS textile ferroelectret.
