The practical utility of this method was verified by analyzing 27 retail meat samples for the presence of colistin-resistant bacteria. 摘要

食品中耐粘菌素细菌的快速实用筛选方法研究。我们开发了一种快速实用的筛选方法,利用高速实时聚合酶链反应与特异性TaqMan探针同时检测大肠杆菌和携带mcr-1粘菌素耐药基因的细菌。从样品处理到最终结果的整个过程在1小时内完成。通过分析27份零售肉类样品中是否存在耐粘菌素细菌,验证了该方法的实用性。结果表明,该方法具有简便、快速筛选食品以检测mcr-1阳性细菌污染的潜力,可特别用于发展中国家的现场检测。
