摘要

首先,提出了一种基于dct的子带绝对矩块截断编码(SAMBTC)方法,并与基于qmf的SAMBTC编码性能进行了比较。其次,将基于韦伯定律模型的人类视觉系统的特征独立地融入到这些方案中。我们的目标是进一步降低比特率,而不会引起更明显的下降。与JPEG标准相比,我们的图像编码器在低比特率下受到的阻塞伪影更少,并且获得了更好的主观图像质量。
