摘要

通过对AZ31双铸轧薄板低温轧制后的性能进行表征,研究了初始温度对低温轧制薄板组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:当初始温度为室温时,由于显微组织中存在大量位错,合金的硬度最大;在初始温度为200℃时,屈服强度和伸长率最高,显微组织以细小等轴晶为主。随着初始温度的升高,晶粒逐渐增大,屈服强度和延伸率逐渐降低。屈服强度和伸长率总体呈先升高后降低的趋势。根据不同初始温度处理的结果,在初始温度为200℃时,AZ31镁合金的组织和性能达到最佳。
