None of the Coats’ eyes required enucleation or additional surgical intervention. Two of the eyes with FEVR required surgery due to advanced disease. 摘要

目的:报道广角荧光素血管造影(FA)在科茨病和家族性渗出性玻璃体视网膜病变(FEVR)的靶向治疗中的应用。研究设计:回顾性、非比较性、连续的病例系列。材料与方法:2003年1月1日至2012年12月31日,诊断为Coats病或FEVR并经广角FA评估的患者,采用间接激光治疗。评估视力(VA)和眼睛的解剖状态。结果:17眼治疗Coats病,25眼治疗发热出血热。Coats组基线时平均VA为20/384,末次随访时平均VA为20/258。在FEVR组中,基线时的平均VA为20/100,最后随访时为20/358。科茨夫妇的眼睛都不需要摘除眼球或额外的手术干预。其中两只眼睛因病情进展需要手术治疗。结论:宽视场血管造影引导激光治疗Coats病和FEVR可使患者的视觉和解剖稳定。
